Leelaa Meditations And Workshops

'Leela' means the play of the gods. This site is about the play at Leelaa, a spiritual community in Hermosa Beach, California. As part of the leela, there are regular meditations, workshops, classes and talks.

Meditations

We have silent meditations on Sunday evenings and "healing" meditations every morning. See 'Meditations' under 'Schedules' for details.

Workshops

We've been holding Relationships 101, Script and Kid Workshops at Leelaa for over 10 years. They are based on work originally brought to us by Barbara Mary Muhl, one of Joel Goldsmith's students. We've developed handbooks for participants in those workshops. We hope we've made them more accessible to people without Infinite Way® backgrounds, since our community has been traditionally, though not exclusively, 12 step program people. The handbooks are available at leelaa.com. Hard copy books can be ordered or e-books downloaded there.

We also did a series of workshops called Pointing at the Moon and Reaching for the Moon, based on the truths presented in the book Pointing at the Moon. This work is about attaining transcendental consciousness. The book is also available atour website start today. Please visit!

Classes and Talks

A variety of other classes and talks have been held over the years, and will continue to be held occasionally. We have some audio files of them, which are available for listening for free now, under "Audios" above. The talks and classes are about all things material, metaphysical and mystical. They are an opportunity to share our understanding of the wisdom of Robert Adams, Bhagwan Shree Rajneesh (Osho), Joel Goldsmith and several of his students, as well as a large number of other masters who have had spiritual impact on the teachers at Leelaa. There are also a couple of transcripts.
